To help all youth develop the skills and gain the experience they need to successfully transition into the labour market by supporting the needs of all youth, especially youth facing barriers, to develop skills, knowledge and networks through education, skills development, and meaningful work experiences.
Cultural connection bridges demographic gaps and reduces isolation by weaving together shared values and traditions. In a diverse city like Edmonton, these connections are vital.
